Ingredients

  • For the Ice Cream:

  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • For the Oat Crumble Topping:
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2/3 cup ground oat flour
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp. coconut sugar

Method

  • Step 1 -
Combine crumble topping ingredients into a small bowl and stir to combine. Place in the fridge for about 30 minutes, then use a fork or spoon to break into a crumble texture.
  • Step 2 -
In a medium bowl, combine whipping cream and vanilla extract and beat on high with a hand mixer until stiff peaks form, about 4 minutes.
  • Step 3 -
Turn the mixer to low, then slowly pour in the can of sweetened condensed milk until evenly incorporated.
  • Step 4 -
Pour half of the cream mixture into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper.
  • Step 5 -
Add 1/4 cup of the Marionberry Jam on top, along with half of the crumble topping mixture.
  • Step 6 -
Using a spoon, gently swirl the jam and crumble around.
  • Step 7 -
Pour the rest of the cream mixture over top, then repeat the same steps to swirl remaining jam and crumble.
  • Step 8 -
Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 6 hours before scooping.
  • Step 9 -
If freezing your ice cream for up to a few days, allow to thaw on the counter for about 20 minutes before serving.
